1. Data We Process
To perform e-invoicing clearance, StackCue processes transactional metadata (including buyer/seller IDs, line items, and totals). We never store payment credentials.
2. Security Standards
All transaction data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256. We conform fully with GDPR, KSA PDPL, and ISO 27001 policies.
3. Data Retention
Compliance records are stored securely in target regions to satisfy local statutory laws (e.g., ZATCA audit rules requiring immutable storage).
