1. API Usage & Licensing
StackCue grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our unified API endpoints to clear transactions. API keys must be kept secure.
2. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Our enterprise SLA guarantees a minimum of 99.99% API endpoint availability. Real-time clearance processing response is targeted under 100 milliseconds.
3. Compliance Responsibilities
While StackCue guarantees that mathematically transformed invoices align with current ZATCA and Peppol structures, customers remain solely responsible for the financial accuracy of input billing data.
